Michael Hendzel is the Founder and Managing Partner of MavRyk Capital, a Florida-based real estate investment firm focused on value-add commercial properties in strategic growth markets. With over a decade of experience and a portfolio exceeding $30 million in market value, Michael brings a disciplined, operator-first approach to acquisitions, leasing, and asset repositioning.

Before launching MavRyk Capital, Michael built a substantial personal real estate portfolio spanning office, retail, medical, and mixed-use assets across Pinellas County. His operating companies — including MavRealty and Belleair Title — provide in-house brokerage, title, and construction oversight, allowing for vertical integration and efficient execution.

Michael served as a U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer for over six years, an experience that shaped his leadership, accountability, and tenacity. Since transitioning to civilian life, he has led over $50 million in real estate transactions, raised private capital, and successfully repositioned underperforming assets into high-yielding income streams.

As fund manager, Michael oversees all aspects of MavRyk Capital’s operations, including investor relations, acquisitions, and strategic planning. His mission is to create generational wealth for his partners by delivering exceptional risk-adjusted returns through intelligent real estate investments.
